Processing Time Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays).
Estimated Delivery Once shipped, most orders within the continental United States arrive within 4–8 business days depending on your location and carrier. Total time from order to delivery is typically 5–10 business days.
Carriers We ship via FedEx, UPS, and Amazon Logistics. Carrier selection is based on your shipping address and product availability.
Tracking A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. You can also track your order anytime on our Track Your Order page.
Shipping Cost Free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
Delays Shipping times may be impacted by severe weather, carrier disruptions, or peak holiday periods. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at support@usestridon.com and we'll assist you.
Service Area We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Refund & Return Policy

Returns We accept returns within 90 days of delivery. Returned items must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- In resellable condition

Refunds After your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Protection
For a one-time fee of $10, Shipping Protection gives you instant replacement coverage on your entire order. If your package is lost in transit, stolen, or arrives damaged, we'll ship a replacement immediately. No waiting weeks for carrier investigations.
What's Covered
Lost in Transit
If your tracking shows no movement or your package never arrives, we'll ship a replacement within 24 hours of your claim. No need to wait for a carrier investigation.
Stolen
If your tracking shows your package was not delivered and is confirmed lost or stolen in transit, we'll ship a replacement immediately, no evidence required. If your package is marked as delivered but you believe it was stolen, file a claim within 5 days of the delivery date with at least one of the following: a copy of a police report filed for the stolen package, surveillance or doorbell camera footage showing the package was not delivered or was taken, a signed written statement confirming non-receipt at the delivery address on file, or proof that a claim has been filed with the shipping carrier. To prevent abuse and fraud, all claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to deny claims that cannot be sufficiently verified, and repeated claims from the same address may be subject to additional review.
Damaged on Arrival
If your order arrives damaged, whether the packaging or the product itself, simply send us a photo and we'll get a replacement out to you immediately.
How It Works
1. Add protection at checkout. Toggle on Shipping Protection for $10 before completing your order.
2. Something goes wrong? Contact us at support@usestridon.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. For damaged items, include a photo.
3. Get your replacement fast. We'll review your claim within 24 hours and ship a replacement. No back-and-forth with carriers. No waiting weeks for an investigation.
Why It's Worth It
Standard carrier claims can take 2 to 4 weeks to resolve, and outcomes aren't guaranteed. With Shipping Protection, you skip that entire process. One claim to us and a replacement is on the way, typically within 24 hours. It's peace of mind for $10.
Without Shipping Protection
If you choose not to add Shipping Protection, any issues with lost, stolen, or damaged packages will be handled through the standard carrier claims process. We'll still assist you, but resolution timelines depend on the carrier and are typically 2 to 4 weeks with no guaranteed outcome.
Terms
Claims must be filed within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Shipping Protection covers one replacement per order. Replacement orders are subject to product availability.
